Hands of Peace is a dialogue and leadership program for Israeli, Palestinian and American youth from all walks of life. Dr. Barry Denton highlights the organization’s immediate need for host families in the San Diego community:

If you are located in the San Diego area and would like to help foster an encouraging environment that inspires the next generation of leaders, Hands of Peace needs your help!  The organization is currently in need of host families;  specifically, 16 youth currently require temporary housing, provided by host families.  Responsibilities of host parents include transportation to and from youth leadership programs and activities held at Carlsbad school and in the San Diego community.  For more information about this summer program and host opportunity, reach out to Melanie Stanek, the Hands of Peace Site Director.
